My definition of mission creep is having to replace a part I broke to get at different part, and the first part actually didn't need to come off anyway.
After Walbro install my fuel rail pressure was 75psi lol, after much discussion with cartoonz and testing we determined it was not the FPRs that were being overwhelmed, believe it or not it was a sending units fuel return part.
At idle it could not flow the volume of fuel being returned to the tank. Solution is simple, drill small hole (smallest drill bit) in the U section of this part. All is good now. Walbro gss 340 is a beast!

rockytt, where did you buy your fuel pump assembly if you don't mind me asking? The cheapest I have seen part is around $640. My pump system and fuel return carrier are so corroded I am not sure they are worth repairing. The left carrier is missing float from level indicator and its also missing the sweeper contact.
