As everyone knows, these cars have a yellow detonator on the positive side of the battery terminal at the end of the terminal's female port for the male positive end. The PO has snipped the detonator and grounded it separately to the chassis. Not a bad way to do it, only the connection between the male/female positive terminal ends can get iffy. I cleaned them off with sandpaper, reconnected everything and she's good to go. The ground the PO had going wasn't the greatest, so a washer and new bolt did the trick.
