If the car has good alignment and non-worn suspension components, depending on the tire compound, you could expect 15-50k miles. With aggressive driving, you could get less than 10k miles.

Tire life is dependent on the quality of the tire, the alignment set-up and how hard the care is driven. I run Michelin Pilot Sports and get approx. 15,000 miles on the rears and 30,000 mile on the fronts ('03 with the "Sport" suspension).

These are toy cars, so you're not going to be running 600 treadwear all seasons on them. I probably get a good 15-20k out of Conti Extremecontact DWs or Sports.

as Glader wrote non-worn suspension is a key. on my last Z4 I replaced bushings, engine & tranny mounts at 100k. Looking back I should have done it earlier. On this Z4 I will do them at 80k. I chose Turner the first time and will use theirs again.

Are all four tires bad? If so, are they evenly worn? If this is the case then I would guess the current owner picked up a cheap set of wheels/tires to replace the new ones for either the replacement vehicle or to sell separately so their out of pocket loss is lessened.
