E36 Tubo / Tube Front End / Rear Mount Radiator - Build pics

ehhh.. I guess I should post all the crap that I do to my car. It can help many of you during the process of your own builds. If you guys have any questions about any setup in the car just ask away.. i'll be happy to reply or help you with anything that you might need.

I posted my setup once a few years ago but here it is again just for kicks:

    Setup

    Engine & Power Delivery:

    M52 Engine (refreshened)
    .120 MLS Head Gasket
    ARP 2000 Head Studs
    HX35 Turbo (7 blade)
    Siemens Deka 80lbs Injectors
AEM 320 LPH Green Fuel Pump
Rally Road Fuel Pump Kit hanger
Rally Road Fuel rail (Not seen in pictures)
    Fuel E85
    Nuke Performance Primary Fuel Filter
    Tune 22RPD
    ZF Trans

    Chassis, Cooling & Supporting Goodies:

    SWR Motorsports 10-wire Chassis harness
    Mishimoto Z3M Aluminum Radiator
    Ebay Oil Cooler Core
    Ireland Engineering Oil Cooler Cap
Ebay Universal Cooler Core modded and fitted as a Power Steering Cooler
Condor Speed Shop Chassis Reinforcements (front and rear)
Condor Speed Shop Engine and Trans Mount
    3.15 welded diff
    Nerptech Solid Diff Mounts
    Nerptech Solid Diff Brace
    Nerptech Hydro Ebrake Kit
    12 point FD Approved Cage
    MG Solutions Angle Kit
    Big Duck Club Overfenders
    Big Duck Club Sideskirts
    Big Duck Club Spoiler

I guess all the other goodies are not important to mention unless you want to know which seats, steering wheel, pedals, and other cosmetic stuff I use. i you want to know just let me know.

Anyway.. I got bored during my paternity leave so i started my tube front end with V Mount Intercooler / Poweer steering / Oil Cooler setup as well as rear mount radiator setup. Its not completely finished but i'll start posting updated pics. Only things to finish are routing all the tubing / hosing of radiator back tot he engine, lexan rear window with air ducting to radiator, intercooler piping to V-mount setup and... that it. Should be finished in the next 2 or 3 weeks tops.

A few pics of the cars transformation over the years:

Does the oil cooler cap work on the M52 oil filter housing or have you swapped out?

I had to swap it out for an M50 one. It was a straight swap tho.. no biggie.

What's that thermostat housing with the bleed screw? I need that in my life.

this thing looks rad! Those tubing couplers or whatever (on the tube front bars to the strut towers) are trick, Where'd you get those from?

Probably. Would read oddly if there was an air pocket tho.

I got them at a truck race shop. Those are common on Jeep and Throphy trucks

Thanks man! I guess I'm alright for not being a fabricator haha.

I'll take some pics tomorrow for sure. The diff support is rad!! Nerptech sells them.
