2003 325ic passenger side adaptive bulb replacement

    Hi all,
the passenger side headlight went out. It look as if there is a small lid covering the bulb because it is adaptive. I took off cover, but backed off as it appeared that there was no room to maneuver the bulb out of that area.
I have been searching, but the videos do not show this process for adaptive lights. My question is....
Do I have to remove the entire light out of the car to get sufficient room to change the bulb?
Thanks everyone as I know this must have been asked a million times.

Will if you have xenon lights you might have to pull the entire headlight forward, unloosen the 8 mm screws
