Can anyone point me in the direction of replacement/repair of guages. E30 convertible, no water temp, tach, and sporadic speed.

Palo Alto Speedometer (Calif) get my vote. They fixed my 993 speedo and it's been perfect plus they resurrected an older oil gauge from a project.
