In my 1995 525i my windows won't roll up, all 4 are down all the way and they went out all at the same time. Sunroof won't open as well.

Shogun tricks and tips for the E32 series are HERE!
Check your fusible link under the rear seat, it should be located behind the passenger side. This is the culprit for a good amount of the electrical problems. You may want to check your fuses first though just to eliminate that being the problem.

Great advice to check the fuse first. Then maybe a reset of the GM (unhook negative battery cable, remove GM and re-seat, hook battery up once more)
Not that it will help (as you have Probably done this), but the only time all of my windows stopped functioning, I just turned the car off and restarted which fixed whatever was going on.
I agree with it being the fusible link that's hidden in some heat shrink wrap on an Aux battery wire that disappears behind the passenger seat.
But if fusible link then other things would not work like the seats and the wipers. So if those work then it is not the fusible lin.

Agree with Andy FL failure will disable other devices as well.
Fuse 17 in the front fuse box and #s 32 & 37 under the seat serve the effected functions. Another possible culprit is the electric power protection relay wich is common to the window and sunroof circuits.
