My right front turn signal bulb filament stays lit all of the time when the lights are on. The side marker and the rear turn signal blink fast when selected but the front just stays on solid regardless if selected or not...as long as the lights are on both filaments stay lit.
Any idea on a fix for this?

Pretty sure it's a grounding issue.

Are you sure it is the correct bulb? Swap the other side over. When I have seen this, the bulb was only a single filament

There is a stud with locking nut on both side of the fender, right behind the headlight where all the grounds are run. Check there, and then I would check inside the housing of the corner lamp/bulb connector to make sure there isn't any issues with grounds

The front marker light should be a dual contact, maybe a 12v21w bulb. There should be a 3 wire connector for it, X137, pin 1 ground, pin 2 right front turn light, and pin 3 right park light.
