If I could get together 5 or so people with non-M covers ready to buy a set now, I can make it happen sooner rather than later. It was a lot of work just making these M seat covers happen, I've been working on this project over 2 years now - its one thing to reupholster one seat, its a whole different process to want to replicate covers for production. So for me to jumpstart that project and do it now I'd need to know I had some buyers ready to go

Very good!
(Generally I have always disregarded this "M rain" pattern, but that is just me. But it does not take away from how good these are done)
Other than that I have to give props, these are first seats with any other than OEM-leather that look as good and OEM-looking as stock Sport/M seats do need to look.
And I mean every other I have seen have been straight blasphemy. These look good and fitment looks OEM.
I hope you will do also non-M sport seats, because in next 20 years I will need to redo mine, and I want you to perfect them since then.
I'll take mine in OEM quality black leather in year 2037, thank you!

Z3 & E36 RamAir systems, send private message for more information.
Well if we calculate inflation at current rates youd actually come up about $150 short paying $1500 in 2037... So it is a discount
People (with messed up sportseats) line up, these seem to be above the norm and our own guy doing this must be a good thing!

You got any Estoril Leather laying around in your shop?
White is Right, Steel Grey is OK, but Estoril is the only color that truly matters.
I like Coupes.

Last customer set is finished, M Rain with red contrast stitching. I like the little flair the contrast stitch gives personally, just wait till ya'll see my set... (PS I may have said it before but really think a stock imola red or estoril blue cover with black contrast stitching would look so cool and still fit right at home in the OEM interior)
My set is next then all these will be shipping out by the end of November.

I think this looks really good, and I can't help but wonder what it would look like with Estoril bolsters.
I have to hand it to you, you are doing some pretty work here.

I don't think that's much of a problem. You should definitely take lots of pictures of installs.
I am having real trouble trying to decide which I like the best because they all look good.
Traditional original style Blue/Black?
Incorporate Alcantara accents?
The M fabrics are all pretty cool too.
You are making this hard on everyone!

Thanks!
Lots of OE options to draw inspiration from if you want to incorporate Alcantara with an OEM design, maybe do what BMW did with the E36 M3 GT and do Alcantara bolsters with the colored leather on the center (I'd love to see this set personally... so much so that I'd give someone a discount if they made this happen and took good pictures for me when installed...)
One could also opt to go with a lighter grey fabric, if a car had a black interior to start with this would be a really cool way to add some drama to the interior. I say it'd be best on a black interior car because that way the dash and everything is black. Grey seats with the grey door inserts... drool
Blue on gray is a great combo imo
Really just tons of options. If the goal is mostly OEM, maybe stay OEM but add some contrast stitching... a thick black stitching through the blue bolster would look mean and different from OE to a trained eye but not gaudy or too far off base. Could use a matching contrast stitching on the door pulls and center console hockey sticks to tie everything together... (thats my plan!)
I also love the idea of, at the very least, adding in E36 M3 stripes to any stock Z3M seats we do. Why we didnt get these I will never know!
Or just solid estoril blue leather seat... really depends what you are looking for

Those look absolutely fantastic. Great job!
love it....
but Id opt for alcantara centers and leather bolsters.....
I feel the alcantara can get all creased when on bolsters......
We can do that
I just chose to replicate the OE full fabric style as this is what I've always had in mind when wanting to do my seats
Truthfully Alcantara does not wear any worse than leather. Better if anything. It just needs a little maintenance, same as leather. I think its just that people know how to take care of leather because there are tons of products for it, but not a lot of stuff for taking care of Alcantara, also it is not a common product in a lot of cars so not a lot of people are exposed to it. All it really needs for regular cleanings is a damp clean cloth. Blot it a bit to pick up and remove the oils and restore any matting of the suede. This being done every so often will keep the Alcantara looking nice.
Regarding creasing... that happens when the foam underneath starts to fail, Alcantara will crease a bit (but not shrink or deform, so can always re-use a good condition fabric cover unlike leather) whereas leather will crack and tear.
If I end up driving this car enough for it to wear in any major way, I'd be estatic...

I should've bought that complete Estoril Z3M interior for $850 a while back.

Yup, it's the same M Hurricane as what was used in the E34 M5 And yeah that sounds like a deal... I would have bought it for that price!
We can make it happen!
