Greetings! I'm new in this forum and my main reason to join it is because of my soft top Last week I went to the seaside in Bulgaria ,but since my arrival there , my soft top couldn't open.I tried to open it manually, but it just didn't want to unlatch from the screen..My trunk was totally full and I think it's because of that..Help me guys,I've seen all the videos in youtube,I've read all the topics here, but mine is some kind of unique one and it just simply won't unlatch from the screen. My bowden cable won't release the pressure in the pump located in the hood...
Is the cargo tray in the trunk in the down position?

Yeah,of course...I've tried absolutely everything to manually unlatch the soft top including turning the bowden cable 1/2 turn and then pressing the button on the console. It just won't release the pressure , so I guess there''s something wrong with the hydraulic pump in the trunk , because when I ran the system check through the computer and the OBD it showed no electrical mistakes.
Have you tried manually releasing the latch at the windscreen? That's controlled by an electric motor, and if it doesn't release the pump will not run. It can be released by flipping the panel at the center of the top open with a screwdriver and using an allen wrench to release the latch. The wrench may be in the tool kit.
yeap..still won't open

If I remember right, it's backwards. Turn it to the right and see. I had to run something like 30 revolutions to get a full unlatch.
Still nothing happens, there's a cable that turns and it looks like it unlatches, but then it reaches its final position and the top won't unlatch...I'll see a mechanic on Monday morning. Thanks, guys
