hi
I have 2000 bmw 740il and won't start, and the temperature needle goes all the way to red, has new good batery, replaced new sparkplus in one side yet, new water pump and thermostat, new fan clutch, lights light up, dosen't make any noise, please help me?

Welcome to the forum. I started your own thread. If the needle is going into red right away, that is usually a sign of an issue with the temp sensor that sits on the thermostat housing. The sensor can leak allowing coolant to fry the connector and allow coolant up the loom. This can cause wiring issues in the harness and/or the coolant often settles in the DME. There are also a set of 5 fuses that sit in a block under the lid of the ebox. These protect the DME and if one of them is blown, it will cause a no start condition. There are many threads that discuss this but many of the photos are gone with the Photobucket mess. Found one from Tim that shows what can happen.
