2006 BMW X5 4.8is
I am making room for a new air-cooled family member :rockon: so unfortunately this awesome X5 is going up for sale.
I bought this car earlier this year from a more anally retentive owner than myself. He owned it since ~59k miles and kept very good detailed maintenance records as shown below.
I chose this car knowing it needed nothing and it will be passed on to the next owner the same way.
The car is on fully adjustable BC coilovers that were recently rebuilt. The height can be adjusted and if one would really desire it could be converted back to air suspension (I no longer have the stock components). The computer still says that the self-level suspension is inactive. I bought the software to program this out but have yet to pursue that so I will pass it along to the new owner.
For an SUV, this thing handles extremely well. It currently is set pretty stiff but that can easily be adjusted.
