here's a close up of the part number... the "M" striping caught my eye.

I think its an E21 bumper based on the look. A lot of those had that sort of pinstriping on the lower part

E9 bumpers had scoops, not slats

Bingo! It was E21. That was my second guess.

Yep.... That looks like what I have.

Got the spoiler, headlight surrounds, center kidney grille, and turn signal lenses at an auction for $30.00.... Now I just need an E21.

That sounds vaguely familiar...
i had a girlfriend who found some "blouse or top on sale. $20/30
next was a whole new outfit to match $200
with new heels another $200 or so
and a purse or coat or jewelry or something...
that is how things get out of control!
