I've done all the steps as per Pelican Parts DIY's andthe Bentley's.There's not much to it. Iwas told, and it looks like that I should be pulling only the plastic off and thatthe horizontal aluminium (Al) piece across the middle would stay put. However, I can see thetops of some plastic rivets that protrude through that aluminium piece. That would keep me from taking the Al andplastic off separately. There's no mention of those rivets in the DIY's.But then what'sholding the Al on there ???
For the sport bumper there are two t50 bolts going through from underneath, remove the bumper and then remove the rivets. That is what I did and I'm pretty sure it should be the same for a standard bumper.

Done that as per instructions. There are non-reusable rivets sticking up into the aluminium horizontal piece. That's what is odd. Going to chop the tails off those as they're sticking up. That should do it if I can reach all 4(?) of them. These 4 rivets are in the middle closer to where the licence plate sits. Not the 2 and 2 towards the sides.
Wow. Six more plastic rivets - a bitch to get at - and all is done. Don't know why this isn't in the DIY's.
