    EFR 8374 - What manifold?

I noticed they make an EFR 8374 (83S75) with a regular T3 inlet. Is anyone running this, and with what manifold? SPA, Treadstone, or other? I was concerned that with it being internally gated that the actuator may not clear the block. I suppose it may be an option to weld that closed and use an external gate.

You can buy an EWG 8374. IWG is more $. But beware it could spool fast enough that you need a large and very good EWG if going with EWG alone. The 8374 1.05 EWG worked for me on a T4 open manifold. EWG was 44mm Tial.

What T4 manifold are you using? I want to say the T3 turbine housing is only available with an internal wastegate. Obviously I could go T4 with an SPA manifold, but I don't know if that will clear either given that the S300 apparently won't fit with that manifold.

I ran the 8374 on an open steedspeed.

Are you thinking the T3 8374 would be smaller and provide more clearance? If so, check compressor clearance as well. I don't know the answer to that.

T4 8374 would probably fit on a Boostlogic but they are hard to find and some have cracked so used are a risk.

I'm thinking there are a lot more T3 manifold options than there are T4 options. And compressor clearance is certainly a concern as well as the actuator for the internal wastegate. I was sort of hoping to find someone who had tried this.
