E38- 2001 BMW 740il Sport

My family has owned this car for the past 10 years and it served mainly as our weekend/road trip car.
Pros:
- clean title
- currently sits at 126k miles (driven only about 55k over 10 years)
- suspension refreshed with with new control arms front and rear
-front has been upgraded to Bilstein HD shocks and HR stage 2 springs. Rear is stock
- cooling system refreshed
- front rotors and brake pads replaced 10k miles ago
- rear rotors and brake pads replaced 1k miles ago
- brand new Hankook tires on all 4 corners <500 miles ago
- all window regulators have been replaced at some point in the past
- all pixels are working, cup holders work

Cons:
- Something is stuck in the driver's window track so it only comes down partially
- headliner is sagging in the rear
- window tint on rear windshield has bubbled
- oil pan gasket is leaking
- Biggest issues is probably the transmission. just recently, within the past couple weeks, it has been a little jerky at points and have experienced harsh downshifts. With various other BMWs we don't have the time, money, or effort to continue with this car. It is really clean and always been serviced regularly

Beautiful E38. If this were on the east coast it would be sold.
