I got e46 m3 smg.
Changed clutch and flywheel and slave cylinder from local shop.
After replacement, I drove a day and parked.
The next day, I tried to start the engine but the smg warning light as well as engine service soon light came on. and won’t start. gear does not change at all (it should change between 1st and neutral even engine is not running) and error code 59 popped up when scanned.
The local shop says error code 59 is about smg actuator or accumulator (whatever), and since they did not replaced those, they are not charge of this symptom.
They said Salmon relay and fuse are ok (can it be even tested?)
Seriously? Can something goes wrong naturally RIGHT AFTER the service?
Is there anyone who has any idea about this?
Please, I need help. I’m so frustrated
Error 59 (3B in hex), error for "clutch control", another source lists it as "SMG: Actuation, Clutch, Dynamic"
You should clear adaptations if they haven't. To begin with.

It's the local service shop who did the work, and right after replacing cluth, flywheel, slave cylinder, everything was perfect. I drove few hours and parked. Next morning, I tried to start the engine, it was not able to start with the smg&engine service soon warning lights on the dashboard.
Thank you so much for the reply
Was the 59 the only code? Did they also check both DME ECU and the SMG TCU?
After clearing the code, did it come back?
Do you hear the pump running when you open the door, or turn the ignition on?

That tells me that the pump is bad, or a blown fuse. Have a look in the glove box to see which fuse maybe blown.
