I ended up finding one for $20 + shipping. There is some rust so I am going to hit it with my needle scaler, sand blast it, and then repaint it.
I finished my seat up today. It was interesting to see what I had been missing. I should have replaced the seat base before I sat in it for 20k miles.
The old seat base wasn't just cracked and bent. The tubes that support the bolster foam were broken on both sides. The left side was completely broken off while the right side was only broken on 1 side.
