Most Reliable 5 Series?

Let's say that you have a budget of around $6k and a restriction of ~100k miles and you wanted to find the MOST reliable 5 series on the market with a good size engine on it, what would it be?

Asking because those are my restrictions as of now..lol. I am currently looking at a 2005 e60 545i with 105,000 miles and no mechanical issues.

Budget and N62 engine do not mix. Like oil and water.

I'll wager that you'll be looking for:

1. RWD
2. Manual transmission
3. N/A inline 6
4. Less electronic junk

which probably puts you in the E39's.
