2011 335i sounded like sneeze when I turned it on this morning!?

So this morning when I went to turn on my car, I kid you not, it sounded like a sneeze from the engine bay when I turned it on then went back to normal... no codes, what could that maybe be? Thanks!

I've honestly never heard a noise like this - any issues with the car? running properly? There likely is a stored code or 2; are you able to pull those?

No issues or codes and running perfect... I just started my car up again today and I was able to hear better and it was like air coming from the engine bay. Could it be an air leak?
