Thanks everyone. I was able to complete the job last night. I used the the black RTV as the main sealent and then the GE clear outdoor high-grade as the seem sealant that's visible from the top. Total time was around 6 hours. This includes watching some youtube DIY videos, carefully removing the headliner and everything, pulling the cartridge, meticulously adding the CF delete panel, then putting the interior parts back in. I took my time and it came out great. Also, I can confirm this sunroof delete cartridge with motor weighs in at 32lbs, not 70-something. I think the sedan is much heavier; just an assumption.
Thanks again for the guidance. And, the S2R delete panel fit soooo perfectly. It basically snaps together in the void and then the sealant and screws solidify permanently.

One other benefit; I am building a solid gopro mount that will drop from the square at the top. No more suction cup or tethering required
