I then looked for the 228i M sport, but they're sparse and most likely will resell cheaper in the future, and not hold their value as well as M235i and M2's would. My budget is under $25,000. I'm looking at the 428i M Sport, or the Infiniti Q60/G37 Coupés.
I am wondering if the N20 engine is reliable for the 428i so far, because I know my parents previous E46 330i '05 would break down all the time. My mom now has an F30 328i '14 and it is holding up fine, which is why I may look for the F32 428i '14 due to their depreciating values.
Will it be a good choice? I want this car to last me throughout college, and my parents will be paying for it. We don't want to go over $25,000. If this specific car won't be good, what else would you guys recommend? I will most likely use it to drive to get food, go to the gym, go to my job, and school.
Thank you!
What do you care about resale value buying with daddy's $$ anyway?
