Aftermarket ventilated seats?

I'm really enjoying my 2012 135i convertible. One of the very few things I'd change about it would be the addition of ventilated seats (I drop the top whenever I can, and it gets HOT here in Texas). Are there any quality options for retrofitting this?

I remember there being an option for this for the 3 or 5 series a while back in the BMW accessories catalog, but it was like $10k - there is likely a retrofit package for the 1 series as well...hopefully a bit cheaper too!
