So, I recently bought my e36, I drove it a little hard a few days ago through some switchbacks, after which I parked the car. A few hrs later I got in the car to drive to lunch and at low speed and cruising speed the steering wheel turns slightly left and right , like an aggressive shimmy, and the car now pulls to the right. My tires were a little low so I topped them off but it didn't help much. Anybody experienced this before, thinking maybe suspension related as now it also has a slight thud or clank when I hit even small bumps.
That 'thud/clank' sounds like it could be the bushings - does it feel and sound like metal on metal?

I agree, and also suspect FCABs.
