radio not working

So i just got a new double din and an adapter to go along with it, i hooked up just the power to confirm that it works but i made a mistake by touching 2 wires. i know it was stupid of me to leave it exposed like that. i checked the fuses and sure enough, fuse 7 and 41 were blown. i replaced them and i installed the oem radio back in. i tried turning it back on but nothing is coming up. is there any other places i should look at?

There should be a fuse on the back of the radio. Have you checked that one ?
