ISTAGUI - help

Hello,

My IstaGUI won't open.. I've tried on my stationary computer.. And there it opens..
But on my laptop that are freshly installed with windows 10. The same as my stationary computer.
There it won't open at all.. Like nothing happens... it loads for a few seconds.. Then simply nothing.

Anyone knows what it could be? Or suggestions for me to try.

Also added my DxDiag here so it contains all of my computer information...

UPDATE:
Fixed this.... Working now. at least for now installed java.... And reinstalled VCredist.
