    Harmon kardon rear amp

Hello everyone, this may have all ready been posted but I have not had luck locating any info. Just bought a 2003 BMW 325ci, the original owner took the rear deck amp and subs out and cut the wiring harness to install an aftermarket subwoofer. I am trying to reinstall the original and would like the 10 pin connector colour code so I can make up a pigtail for it. I cannot seem to figure out how to add picture to post to show connector.

    thanks,

I have also a question. While I already have learned (just bought the 03-three) an elaborate ALARM system is installed in my car...it is inoperable...because the original purchaser did NOT buy the BMW alarm system that required a "CODE" in order to activate....yet the elaborate alarm system IS installed in the car...from new! ....Money activated the system when new...what about now?

In the trunk area of my 325 ix wagon, left panel, is a black box..it's label.. Harmon Kardon!

    My system..BMW business CD

    Can anyone elaborate here?

Eagle please start your own thread. It's impolite to highjack another thread.

Are you saying that the car has the dealer installed alarm? Yes, the factory didn't install alarms in the E46. It was a dealer installed option. I know as I bought and installed the alarm myself and then had the dealer code it. Once it's codes it should remained coded.

The HK audio system uses the same head unit as the mon-HK system. The differences are the amp, the speakers and the subs.
