Looking or E39 AC climate control unit pinout diagram

Hello!

I am looking for a pinout diagram for the E39 climate control unit.

I just need to know which of the four connectors I need to power the unit at home, and which exact pins are for what.
I just want is so that the display is on (building a car sim).

Was looking for a diagram on the internet, but either I am stupid, or there is none.

I am new to this stuff .
Thought of powering the instrument cluster, radio MID display and this ac unit with an old PC PSU. (Therefore looking for what each pin is for).


And I also have 1 more, probably quite stupid question .

You can see the +12v(15), +12v(30) and +12v(R) pins.
What do the numbers and the R inbetween ( ) mean?
