All on the same set of pads?

Yes, fronts are just getting replaced and the rears are still good. I've ran them 2015, 2016 and finishing 2017. Fronts would last these last 2 events had I not had some taper wear.

Was able to pull the pads off and measure the thickness this evening.

Fronts - 13.7mm pad thickness new, 6.1mm current thickness, 45% pad material remaining

Rears - 10.6mm pad thickness new, 6.8mm current thickness, 65% pad material remaining

I was at Road Atlanta for 3 days, did on average about 2hrs of track time each day. I am set for another 2 days at VIR at the end of the month. No way Im trusting them to last that long. So I will figure out the replacement procedure this week.
That seems abnormal. They wear quick, but not THAT quick. I tend to get at least a season out of a front set which is 7-8 two day events. After the season i relegate them to spares with about 3-4mm left.

Did you get them from FCPEuro at least? I just ordered a full set of DTC-60s and rotors from them.

That's insane ... ours were 1/2 done after 1 weekend (practice, quali, 3 races).

I lied, I still have two more events on them! I checked them out yesterday, they're still good to go.

I ran a 14 hour WRL event on a set of PFC70's and still had life left?

Adding another data point. We run DTC-60 on our E36 24 Hours of Lemons car. At Gingerman and Autobahn, 2 fairly similar tracks as far as brake usage, the fronts are good for about 24 hours and the rears for about 32 hours, that's with no supplemental cooling and the backing plates in place.

I use FCP Euro for everything I can but as mentioned above they don't sell DTC-60 for non-M cars. Best price I've found on these pads, by far, is at andrew-racing.com, where I can buy 2 sets of DTC-60 for the price of one set of PFC-08.

Well that blows my mind. What the heck went wrong with my pads?

A couple more bits of personal experience.

I have run DTC 60s and 70s on a 2400-pound, 140 RWHP bmw track car I have, for a couple summers, and there's plenty of pad. It's on semi-sticky rcomps

I have run a set of DTC 60s on the rear of my E36 all summer and there's is still useable thickness left. It was the fronts I ran through in no time.

Also ran through a set of fronts AND rears in no time on my 3600# E92 M3.

The E36 and E92 both run pretty stick tires, NT01 level stuff. I was braking the DTC 60s within an inch of their life.

The DTC 60s brake better for me than the PFC 08s but the 08s have unbeatable release feel which I like and they still brake damn good.

If I had all the money I wanted I would run PFC 01 (now 11) on everything all the time. Lord, do I love those pads. But again, they wear out fast.

I think mentioning Andrew-racing.com may have jinxed us because I checked and they want low-$200's for a pair of the dtc60s and I can get 08s in the mid $200's.

If God meant for man to motor-swap LS engines into track cars, He wouldn't have created Corvettes.

So weird. Dunno. Is my braking technique that bad?

It also depends on the calipers and rotor size. On 300ZX 4 piston calipers and the tiny 11" rotors they work on, I was getting ~3 weekends out of a set of DTC-60s on street tires and ~250 rwhp. Went to Wilwood Superlites, and the larger pad and 12.2" rotor was getting about 8-9 weekends at 325 rwhp. The pad cost was also about 35% cheaper.

I successfully returned a used set of track pads and received a new set in return, for free. So, it works.
