    Torque specs Vibration dampner

Finally getting around to putting her back together, its been a while now am a little foggy on torque specs. Just want to make sure The Vibration dampner is torqued to 190Nm held on by the 8 M10 bolts, also the Vayne Pump Pully I belive is torqued to 22Nm for the 3 M8 Bolts holding it. I read the Toque values in the manual but they refer to parts vaguely so i just wanted to confirm im correct, last thing i want is for a pully to come lose or wobble.

The bolts holding the torque dampener to the crank are 22Nm, the Jesus bolt does not hold the dampener in. Have you undone the Jesus bolt? Then you need a new one, and get ready to get your butt kicked... 90nm+60°+60° yeah... spec tool required to hold the crank to the frame... at the last turn I was doing a pull up on the 6 foot braker bar extension amazing nothing snapped!

Thanks dragon, I was contemplating removing the jessus bolt but decided against it, would have been nice to do the Lower Timing Case, but the nut that everyone talks about drove me away from it.
