Hi all
I have a 330d msport which is beyond repair and have bought a mint 330d se
Would the Harmon kardon sound system out of the m sport go straight in to the se ? Or is there additional wiring etc to put in
cheers for any help
Welcome to the Forum!
What I have found is that the modern BMW, built after 1990's, will need to have the wiring installed. Now there are some models, like the U.S., that will have some items pre-wired. To keep the cost lower for BMW, they only install the wiring that is needed, this save money, resources, and time for them.
So that was the long answer, the short answer is you will need all the wiring associated to that system.

If both cars are the same body style (sedan, coupe, ect) it's a plug in swap. The speakers and amp have the same connectors. Non hk cars are not wired for the subwoofers though but that wiring would be easy enough to take from the parts car.
