2001 BMW M3 convertible, 6 speed manual transmission with 127k miles.

-full maintenance records
-no accidents
-recent valve adjustment (04/17)
-new belts (04/17)
-new brake fluid (05/17)
-vanos checked and in good condition
-new camshaft position sensor
-Michelin Pilot Sports that are about 7 months old (less than 500 miles on them).
