    Wheel Fitment Question

Hey all I just got a 99 540i6 and I'm looking to get some new wheels for her.

I was looking at miro 398 18x9.5, I already have a set of 245/40r18 tires that are new. How would these tires be for that width of rim?

miro is drilling out centre bore and bolt pattern for me to proper spec.

Also digging the Varrstoen es1 and es2

tires will fit on 9.5 but it'll be a slight stretch, personally i'd prefer 255-265 on a 9.5 inch rim but getting them to fit up front may cause rubbing especially if you're lowered and depending on the offset of the rims

    9.5" rims should have 265's or 275's.

    They're et20, my 540 is stock height.

not a fan of stretch I was just hoping to not have to get new tires to

245's belong on 8.5's. Can't stand the stretched look at all. It belittles these cars, and makes me laugh when I see them on other cars....

    I run 255on 8.5", they aren't ballooned nor stretched. A 245 on a 9.5" will for sure stretch.
