Will my stock lug bolts fit...

    in XXR wheels?
    style 526 specifically.

i know, i know, i know what everyone says about xxr wheels. please don't turn this into another flame thread. i know what i'm getting into.

anyway, bmw lug bolts are conical seats, so that's good. but will there be enough clearance for the lug bold head plus socket to fit in the wheel bolt hole?

(i know this may be better answered on a different forum, but i know i'm not the first bmw owner to run these wheels.)

Assuming they are the standard 60 degree conical lug seats, it should fit fine. The stock length lug bolts should be fine unless you're using wheel spacers. Most wheels are all around the same thickness at the part that sits on the hub face where the lugs go. If you're concerned, XXR should be able to send you exact specs/measurements. The important part is that the bolt is long enough to have sufficient thread engagement into the hub as it passes through the wheel, which is why anything more than thin spacers requires you to get longer bolts/studs.
