Well... it may be a coding issue. Maybe related to the corrupt coding problem. Something was effed about the cluster obviously. Was it a replacement cluster? That might assplain a bit. Not sure if all those CAN signalling tickboxes are correct for instance, but also PASoft is not congruent with the factory NCSExpert settings, it almost always doesn't give all the settings available, but sometimes also allows changes NCSExpert won't / can't (becasue it's actually manipulating raw hex flashes I believe). So there may be a setting indicating the cluster should be looking for a LEW when it doesn't have one.
I would use NCSExpert to recode the cluster to default values and see if that gets rid of the LEW error. Then try and add back in the LED changes ONLY (seems like you only turned off reverse light checks anyway).
But to repeat the above that was ignored... (and I'm approaching bailout territory here, for several reasons, but one more time...):
- Read the ASC/ABS codes
- Read the EWS codes
Also of course: Lessee Mom's Pictures
Also in regard to...
Yeah, trying to see if there's other stuff he's millennialfailing to tell us in this thread, I just noticed that he was told that very clearly in May.
So this problem of water pouring into the car via pillars is a long one which apparently just keeps getting ignored.
CHECK THE A-PILLARS. BOTH OF THEM.
