I have KW V1 coilovers installed, but the car has a rake now that I'd like to remedy. It doesn't look bad, but it's not the look I'm after. Which is the best method of adjusting the rear? I've seen some have suggested some ecu software, but also seemed to advocate for the manual adjustment. I don't have a diagnostic cable, so I am looking at tweaking the little arms. I don't want to adjust them the wrong way and get an even greater rake. Yes, I could do some trial and error, but maybe someone here has already done it?
Thanks for the link. The KWs actually came with the adjuster link. And the V1s are around 1200 if you shop around. Mine came in the trunk of my car.
FWIW here's answer I gave already...
Pretty simple, joe nathan - basically the shorter you make the adjustable arms, the more the SLS will lower the car to find the same spot. I think mine are dialed about as short as they'll go. Still have a slight rake but of course that all comes down to also where fronts are set etc. etc. so can't really say that'd be right for you.
If you have the ST adjustable links set to as short as they'll go, then you need a diag cable and need to do it with software, which is a whole difft story...

Absolutely. Did you think I was saying otherwise? Only thing is any given link will have limit on how low it'll go... Then you can go to software.

I achieved what I wanted thanks to @geargrinder. I'm pretty new to forums in general, but I can tell I will need help with this car. And...I'm obsessed with it. I feel like I'm going to get a Christmas card from FCP and ECS Tuning.

I just re-calibrated mine with INPA. Extremely easy to do and has been perfect for a few months. No links to fuss with just push buttons and watch it go up and down.
