Hello, i have an E60, 520D, M47 engine.
In the ISTA-D, i have noticed that the actual boost pressure value is not equal to the targeted boost pressure value. The car have also the power reduction module, but i`ve read this won`t cause a lower boost pressure or incorrect reading data.
So, at IDLE, the values are the same. I`m getting about 970-1050 in both actual and targeted value. When i accelerate at idle and getting about 2000-2700 rpm, the actual boost pressure value is with about 200-250 lower than targeted value. I mean, for example, at 2500 rpm, actual boost pressure value is 1300 and targeted boost pressure value is 1500-1550. This can means a loss of power right?
What it can be wrong? There are no errors stocked, only i`m getting an intermittent air mass flow sensor error in about 500-1000 kms. Disconnecting the MAF sensordidn`t had any change in boost pressure values.
