I'm 'scratching that itch' for an e32 finally. I would prefer a loaded out one more ( i.e. 750il) but got a GREAT price on a short wheel base model (though far from my fav color) with super interior and decent maintenance records which made it happen for me. I"ve owned 3 other e34's and 1 e38 so this is something new for me.
I"ve been reading/researching these forums recently to learn more about them (essentially same as e34 I know) but like all of these....needs some maintenance (tires are 11 years old, fan shroud, water pump, rear brakes, and drivers seat cables needing attention and just got a/c functioning). Amazingly, found records of reman trans was installed 30k ago.....at only 69k miles??? thats ridiculous...but LOVE that someone else already paid for that ($4,600 ouch)
Yes I have a german car sickness, but I've learned to embrace it ! haha Can anyone else identify with me? :-P
1993 740i 11/92 build date Beige 99k
Welcome, I too just joined the e32 club ( I'm delinquent in creating a "build thread").
i noticed the 64 riviera in your sig, love those cars! Any pics of that?
Add the E32 model, model year and month to your profile, this helps us to help you when checking wiring diagrams and/or parts lists, often 1 months difference in production changes a part number
In case you are not sure about the built month, post the VIN and I will find out all the details the car was originally ordered.
