Weird sound when I lock my doors

Guys,

I own a 2006 e90 bmw 330xi. When I lock my doors they make a noise. It's like a repetitive "riveting" or "drilling" like noise. Is this an indication that my battery is going bad?

Has anyone else experienced this?

Are you able to post a video or sound clip of this? It sounds like the locking mechanism in the door panel.
