Light Wood Shift Knob Needed

Had some work done on my z3 and the shop switch out my knob. Without noticing it, the knob was replaced with a dark cherry wood finish and it looks terrible . Anyone have a shift knob that would fit my 2001 Z3 3.0 convertible?

I have one that might be a little lighter than that, but it's hard to tell from the photo. Mine is delaminating some where the emblem is...
