VIN decoder

Is there somewhere on the net where you can just put the VIN number of a BMW in and it'll return a full list of options for that particular vehicle?

This is an example of what I'm talking about but it doesn't return nearly enough info.. http://www.bmw-z1.com/VIN/VINdecode-e.cgi

I'm looking for info more like heated seats, sports package, exterior color, etc.

Writing BMW they say they can only disclose that information to the current owner of the vehicle.
