Is this VANOS seal repair kit good?

I'm really new to BMW's, and I'm wondering if any of you guys have experience with this kit. It seems pretty decent for the money. Though it's for an M52, if I'm not mistaken the vanos is identical to my M50B25tu. If anyone has any better recommendations for seals/rattle repair, that'd be fantastic. Thanks

I used the kit from Besian Systems, comes with full instructions on the rebuild, and is working great in my M50.

I see there's the rattle kit and the seal kit. Do they include the same stuff?

EDIT: yep. I was a little overtired. Got the beisan kits w/ the soft vice jaw liners.

I have it on my e34. It is OK. As good as any other.

I bought one I plan to use. One kit I bought (I have three E36s) came with new threaded cap
