The manifold in the pic above is from a non vanos 540, fatter runners, and is on my car.
The one I took off my 540 is the one I don't need, it's a tu manifold. All the runners are tapped and will require an injector for each runner.

One injector before the throttle body is fine, that's what I did on my Z and on the 540 before I did one on each runner.

Ok i'll try the one jet at first.
If want to install a used m5 diff rear, is it direct swap or other mods needed?

I've got a spare tu manifold that has fittings for 8 injectors to be screwed into. 175+ boost here.
You could always just do a single injector, much cheaper. Don't forget the cost of the N2O.
It's just the manifold that I drilled and tapped then inserted the correct fittings that the injectors would screw into.
This plus a welded diff is the definitive best bang for the buck, speed and fun-having upgrade for a 540. The open diff ruins all potential fun-having, period. The extra brute torque from the NAAAAAWWWSSSSSS negates the need for the 3.15 diff.

Of course, you can quickly run out of clutch with this setup, but a $100 eBay 6-puck clutch disc is proven to hold over 500ft-lbs with an M5 pressure plate.
