82 633csi m30b32 running slightly rough

The car idles steady at 750 rpm but has a slight twitch that causes the engine and car to jiggle every second or so. At constant rpm below 2500 ish and low load the car will miss every few seconds or so and buck. Other than that it runs without a hitch under load and pulls hard. Is it normal for the b32 to kinda kick like this at low speeds?

has new:
injectors
injector temp sensor
plug wires
plugs
distriutor cap and rotor
fuel pumps high and low pressure
fuel filter
throttle position sensor
icv
idle control computer
o2 sensore

didn't find any vacuum leaks with smoke test

also the car has enough torque at idle to pull itself up a steep hill

Have you replaced the main and fuel pump relays and checked engine grounds?

haven't replaced the relays but I'll give a shot anyway since their inexpensive.
