Wondering any driver in Europes thoughts on the new eCall intitive being launch on March 2018, I guess all new cars must have a eCall device that calls police, I guess your cannot hang the call up once the car decides to call? I was about to trade in my 08 for 18 and this was a concern for me as it seems all the 2018's have eCall monitoring?

Is there a thread on here addressing the eCall initiative launching across Europe in March? Supposedly your cars going to call the police?
