Dinan Muffler - What Model does it Fit?

What model BMW does this Dinan muffler fit? Here's an attached picture. The guy selling says it's for an E36 M3, but it doesn't look like a 1st or 2nd gen to me. Is it for an E46, and if so will it fit an E36?

If you have a bandsaw and a welder, you could make most of it fit. The 60mm pipe connections to your 50mm midpipes would require some additional parts to adapt.

Awesome, thanks for the replies guys. If I put it on, my main concern is whether it is more restrictive than the free flow Dinan one for the E36, or even the stock E36 M3 muffler. I can't imagine that it would be though...

But since my car has more displacement, than any E46 would that be an issue? It's only $100, so I think it's a sweet deal to buy it and resell if anything!
