Long story short my wife got hair dye on the headrest portion of the seat in her 1998 Z3. Tried all the home remedies found on google and nothing worked. In the process actually made a small spot worse. Anyway has anyone ever used leather spray to touch-up the are and if so what were your experiences?
Also the interior color code for her car shows "SN", has anyone bought and matched that paint successfully?
From watching you-tube videos I know it can be done.
Thanks in advance
I tried it on my wife's 325i, without much success. I really took my time and did all they say to do. Still looked like paint. We bought some $250 seat covers. Now is your excuse to get some M seats. They are so much better.
Look to see if there is a local LeatherMedic in your area, or take it to a leather furniture upholsterer. They can often mix custom dyes to match your seats.

This may help. Maybe? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UYxGfpZlGbE
First off thanks for the replies. Went to a reputable detail shop in my area and they gave me the number to the guy they use. Re-dyed it and you can't even tell it's been worked on. The wife is out of the dog house!!!!
