325is with fresh s52 obd1 swap. No spark, No fuel

I just finished up swapping a freshly rebuilt s52 into my 325 in hopes of having a more competitive track car, for moar funner times! But as usual nothing goes as planned. I originally thought fuel was my only issue, so tested DME relay, fuel pump relay, and fuse(electrical is my nemesis!) Then I decided to check for spark and there was no spark either, but car does crank. So while researching the obvious hit me. Check codes. I received a 1281 which is low voltage to DME (reset codes, disconnected
DME and battery for approx. 20 min (no longer pops)), and a 1223 which is a head temp sensor(still waiting on turner temp splitter). I will be contacting turner today to ensure the chip I received is proper one for my DME. I also checked my crank sensor ohms which was within spec.

I find 99% of needed info from research and knowledgeable people around me, but im stumped here. Can someone offer experiences, knowledge, or next step I can take

Does battery deliver 12 volts or more?

Check ALL the grounds. Poor grounding can wreak havoc in electrical situations.

The connectors and connection locations on the body must be clean bare metal.
Shut the $%&*nig hood and drive it!

I have checked all grounds. I just downloaded schematics for my chassis and I plan on checking the whole system in the next couple of days. After yesterdays brief diagnosis, I want to say I have an open or short between pin 87 on fuel pump relay, and fuel pump connector. I was however going off of an idiot light, but I plan on borrowing a multimeter when I go through the whole system.

I had to override EWS for my OBD-1 s52 swap, my first chip was from Turner as well. The car would crank endlessly but wouldn't start. I clipped the EWS and the car fired up right away.

What do you mean by override ews??. I did clip wire 66 on the dme connector, and the chip has software for ews delete.
