Hey guys, I Own a 335i E92 2007 and I had misfires on cylinder 5 and it's about the Glow Plug and I changed my all the plugs + 2 rear Injectors + all the coils and the misfiring stopped its all good. but when ever I turn my jb4 on, the speedometer needles swings which is normal for the start up but it's keep doing that while driving. That doesn't look normal. Just want to know if anyone experienced that before. And most of the time It happens when it's really hot outside but in the night time it works like the best. I have no clue why it's only in the hot times.

I think you ment to say injector instead of "glow plug" since those are only found on diesels. Anyways since the vehicle is running well in general
let's assume there is no issue there. By "I turn my JB4 on" what do you mean exactly? Are you switching it from Map 0 to any other Map or are
you physically unplugging it from the ECU harness? Anyways, the gauge sweep happens on power up as such repeated gauge sweep leads me
to believe that the JB4 keeps power cycling. I would first check the connection on the red power wire for the JB4 (pictured below), the pin has
been broken by others in the past. If you believe that the connection is good, then there may be an issue with the JB4 itself and Terry can answer
that for you on his forum N54Tech.com in the Support section.

Also, I did have an issue where I was doing some coding with Carly (Mobile phone app) and my JB4 started acting funny. I simple firmware update
of the JB4 fixed that. Just remember, if you go down this route you will need to reset the JB4 settings after the fact.

Yes thats the message I got on the scanner but yeah it's about the injectors. I've got few codes up which I don't even why. These are the codes.
U30d8
P0B87
U3112*
P00CD
P0682 GLOW PLUG CIRCUIT FAULT
P1212
P1221
U30B7
P0044

This morning i noticed the car is jerking on the acceleration few times and it feels like something wrong with my fueling either the fuel pump or something related to it

Something really isn't adding up here. The codes that I was able to decipher come up as ones that would be found on a Diesel not a gas powered N54.
U30D8 - Nitrogen-oxide sensor, sensor poisoning
P0B87
U3112*
P00CD
P0682 - Glow plug circuit fault
P1212 - Exhaust-gas recirculation controller, output 1 (DC+), activation
P1221
U30B7 - Fuel injector, cylinder 12, activation
P0044
Seeing as how your vehicle came with an MSD80 ECU and not a DDE, doesn't use glow plugs, doesn't have a NOx (Nitrogen-Oxide) sensor, has no physical EGR
system, and only has 6 cylinders it leads me to believe that this information isn't even for your vehicle. How were these codes pulled?
Next questions, you mentioned changing the two rear injectors. Were they coded to the ECU after installation? Were these new Index 12's or were they eBay special
"refurbished" ones?

Next steps would be get the codes through a reliable source.
If you believe the JB4 to be adding issues into the mix, remove it from the vehicle for the time being.
And proceed from there.

I'll remove the JB4 from the car and see how that goes.
I installed the OEM BMW Index 12's injectors and it was coded right after. I'm going to get the car scanned properly this time. Thanks.

Send a datalog to BMS team
Car is driving perfectly fine after removing the JB4. No issue at all. So I guess the JB4 gone bad???

Car drives fine because you are running stock boost. If one of the components is failing (spark plugs, ignition coils, injectors) car will drive fine on stock boost for couple months. You only get a misfire with added boost.
Eventually you will start getting misfires even on stock boost.
I recommend you datalog and replace the failing component before it starts causing more issues.
To datalog, download the Jb4 interface, connect the JB4 to Bluetooth connect kit or USB cable and click on datalog.
Software and more info can be found here

But even when I had jb4 the car drives fine in the night times. And during the day thats when it starts having problem.
