Dash lights and A/C stopped working

About a week ago my dashboard lights started wigging out along with my AC not blowing cold air. It all randomly started working again after a few hours but a few days ago it stopped working again. I'm stumped and trying to get an idea on where to start. Thanks!

Symptoms:
AC not blowing cold air
Some Dash lights not working (high beams, turn signals, seatbelt indicator, parking break)
Cruise control light still works
Auto locking mechanism when I start driving not working
Annoying sound when door is open with either lights and or keys still in ignition not working

How old is the battery? Google "BMW E46 hidden obc functions." Test #9 will show you the voltage as seen by the engine computer (DME). Check and report the voltage when the:
- ignition is in the run position with the engine off
- engine idling
- engine revving at 2000rpm.

Whacky voltages cause whacky issues.
